目的

探讨MedioLabs随访系统在减重代谢手术患者全程管理中的应用效果。

方法

选取在我院接受减重代谢手术的患者资料,根据历史对照研究,将系统使用前2018年6月至2019年4月150例患者作为对照组,系统使用后2019年4月至2019年9月150例患者作为研究组。对照组采用个案管理师一对一全程管理模式,研究组采用随访专职小组应用MedioLabs随访系统实施人工与智能相结合的全程管理模式。比较两组患者的随访率、营养缺乏症发生率、多余体重减少百分比。

结果

研究组患者的术后随访率、多余体重减少百分比优于对照组,营养缺乏症发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。

结论

MedioLabs随访系统应用于减重患者的全程管理,提高了随访工作效率,显著提高了患者的术后随访率、巩固手术治疗的效果,同时减少了术后营养缺乏症的发生,值得临床推广使用。

Objective

To explore the application effect of MedioLabs follow-up system in the whole-process management of patients undergoing bariatric and metabolic surgery.

Methods

The data of patients receiving weight-loss surgery in our hospital were selected, according to historical control studies, 150 patients who underwent bariatric surgery from June 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the control group, and 150 patients who underwent bariatric surgery from April 2019 to September 2019 were selected as the research group. The control group was followed up by a case manager via phone and WeChat one-to-one, and the research group was followed up by a dedicated follow-up team through a combination of MedioLabs follow-up system and manual follow-up. The follow-up rate, incidence of nutritional complications, excess weight loss rate, and weight loss satisfaction were compared between the two groups.

Results

The postoperative follow-up rate, excess weight loss rate of the study group were better than those of the control group, and the incidence of nutritional complications was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusions

The MedioLabs follow-up system is applied to the whole-process management of weight loss patients. It complements manual follow-up, improves the efficiency of follow-up, significantly improves the postoperative follow-up rate of patients, and consolidates the effect of surgical treatment while reducing the occurrence of postoperative nutritional complications.
