单孔腹腔镜袖状胃切除术发展现状

近十年减重代谢手术在我国得到快速发展,腹腔镜袖状胃切除术(LSG)已占所有减重手术量近九成。随着单孔腹腔镜技术的发展,单孔腹腔镜下袖状胃切除术(SILSG)近年来也已在国内多家中心开展,相关文献报道,SILSG在体重控制和合并症改善方面与传统LSG并无差异,且美观程度明显高于LSG,但其也存在一定的操作难点和患者筛选标准。近期SILSG成为我国减重与代谢外科领域热议的话题。本文将从单孔手术发展历程、SILSG优缺点、技术要点及减重术前患者筛选方面进行总结,以期促进SILSG在我国能进一步规范、健康发展。

In the past decade, bariatric and metabolic surgery have developed rapidly in China, with laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) accounting for nearly 90% of all bariatric surgeries. With the development of single port laparoscopic technology, single inlet laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (SILSG) has also been carried out in multiple centers in China in recent years. Relevant literature reports that SILSG has no differences in weight control and comorbidity improvement compared to traditional LSG, and its aesthetic level is significantly higher than LSG. However, it also has certain operational difficulties and patient screening criteria. Recently, SILSG has become a hot topic in the field of bariatric and metabolic surgery in China. In order to promote the further standardized and healthy development of SILSG in China, this article will review the development history of single port surgery, advantages and disadvantages of single port LSG, technical points, and preoperative patient screening for bariatric surgery.
