Abstract:

Situs inversus totalis (SIT) is a rare congenital malformation caused by the disorder of visceral rotation during embryonic development, with an incidence of about 0.01%. In this case, SIT patients with obesity combined with cholecystolithiasis can safely perform laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy combined with cholecystectomy for complete visceral transposition through reasonable layout of the surgical puncture card, adjustment of the operator and assistant positions, skilled laparoscopic operation techniques and familiarity with the tissue anatomy of the biliary tract system and upper digestive tract system.
