Anesthesia management of obese patient with rheumatic heart disease treated by laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy: a case report

Abstract

Abstract:

With the improvement of living standards, the incidence of obesity increasesyear by year.Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is currently one of the most effective ways to achieve weight loss and solve related health problems,rheumatic heart disease is damage to the heart valves caused by repeated attacks of rheumatic fever.This article summarizes the management and treatment of an obese patient complicated with rheumatic heart disease during laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and anesthesia, and summarizes the relevant treatment experience.
