Currentstatusofdiagnosis and treatment of gastric stricture after laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy

Abstract

Abstract:

Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) is one of the most commonly used bariatric procedures for the treatment of morbid obesity. Improper handling of gastric stenosis after LSG can lead to serious consequences. Taking effective measures to diagnose and treat gastric stenosis early is of great significance for the development of LSG. This article reviews the domestic and foreign literature on the definition, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of gastric stenosis after LSG, and summarize the treatment process of gastric stenosis according to the literature, which is intended to provide a basis for the treatment of gastric stenosisafterLSG and related clinical research.
