目的

检索2003—2022年减重在心血管领域的相关文献,探究该领域的国际研究热点与发展趋势。

方法

以Web of Science (WOS)为来源检索相关文献,分析年度发文量。运用文献计量学工具CiteSpace对国家、机构、作者、关键词进行可视化分析。

结果

共获得3 946篇文献,来自106个国家、514家研究机构的799位作者在该领域发表研究。发文量呈上升趋势,美国发文量最多,中国发文量位居第六。哈佛大学是发文量最多的研究机构,各研究机构间存在一定的合作。来自美国梅奥医学中心的Lavie CJ教授在该研究领域的产出最多,研究作者以团队为单位合作密切。北京协和医学院是中国发文量最多的研究机构,但与国际相比仍存在较大差距。关键词分析结果显示,减重在心血管领域的研究主要关注运动和减重手术对心衰、冠心病、房颤等心血管疾病的效果及作用机制。

结论

减重在心血管领域的研究受到越来越多关注,且减重对心血管疾病的防治效果在大量研究中得以证实,但是关于"肥胖悖论"的争议仍需进一步探讨减重方式与心血管获益的相关实践与机制。

Objective

To retrieve relevant literature on weight reduction in the cardiovascular field from 2003 to 2022 and explore the international research hotspots and development trends in this field.

Methods

Relevant literature was retrieved from the Web of Science (WOS), and the annual publication volume was analyzed. Visual analysis of countries, institutions, authors, and keywords was conducted using the CiteSpace tool.

Results

3946 articles were obtained from 799 authors affiliated with 514 research institutions in 106 countries. The publication volume showed an increasing trend, with the United States having the highest publication volume and China ranking sixth. Harvard University had the highest publication volume among research institutions, and there was some collaboration between various institutions. Professor Lavie Carl J from the Mayo Clinic in the United States had the highest output in this research field. There was close collaboration among research authors as a team. The Peking Union Medical College had the highest publication volume among Chinese research institutions but still lagged internationally. Keyword analysis indicated that research on weight reduction in the cardiovascular field primarily focused on the effects and mechanisms of exercise and bariatric surgery on cardiovascular diseases such as heart failure, coronary heart disease, and atrial fibrillation.

Conclusions

Research on weight reduction in the cardiovascular field is receiving increasing attention, and the preventive and therapeutic effects of weight reduction on cardiovascular diseases have been confirmed in numerous studies. However, the controversy surrounding the "obesity paradox" requires further exploration of the relevant practices and mechanisms of weight reduction and cardiovascular benefits.
