中、重度肥胖合并甲状腺癌在临床并不少见，就诊者多为20~40岁。这两种疾病均需手术治疗，但肥胖及其合并症会给麻醉和手术带来一定的风险。因此，对于此类患者如何施行安全、有效的外科治疗并满足其对美观的需求是值得研究的问题。我院普外科根据一重度肥胖（BMI 45.3 kg/m²）合并双侧甲状腺癌的29岁患者自身情况，在多学科团队的协助下为其成功施行腹腔镜袖状胃切除术+经口腔前庭腔镜双侧甲状腺癌根治术，取得满意的疗效。

Moderate and severe obesity complicated with thyroid cancer is not uncommon in clinic, and most of the patients are 20-40 years old. Both diseases need surgical treatment, but obesity and itscomplications will pose risks to anesthesia and surgery. Therefore, it is worth studying how to implement safeand effective surgical treatment for such patients and meet their aesthetic needs. According to the situationof a 29 years old patient with severe obesity (BMI 45.3 kg/m²) complicated with bilateral thyroid cancer, the general surgery department of our hospital successfully implemented laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy andoral vestibularendoscopic radical resection of bilateral thyroid cancer with the assistance of a multidisciplinary team, and achieved satisfactory therapeutic results.
