减重手术在肥胖人群中的应用越来越广,而合并高血压、糖尿病等基础疾病的高龄肥胖患者减重术后效果报道较少。南京医科大学附属常州第二人民医院经过多学科讨论后,对一例71高龄肥胖患者行腹腔镜下袖状胃切除术(LSG)并进行了14个月的随访。本文报道一例行LSG,合并高血压、糖尿病的高龄肥胖患者病例。

Bariatric surgery is more and more widely used in obese people, but there are few reports on the effect of bariatric surgery in elderly obese patients with underlying diseases such as hypertension and diabetes. A 71-year-old obese patient underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy (LSG) and was followed up for 14 months after multidisciplinary discussion in Changzhou No.2 People's Hospital affiliated to Nanjing Medical University. This paper reports a case of an elderly obese patient with LSG complicated with hypertension and diabetes.
