目的

探讨糖尿病肾病(DKD)患者血清白脂素(asprosin)水平与肾功能和糖代谢指标及临床意义。

方法

选取2020年1月至2021年2月于惠州市中心人民医院就诊的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者共84例,诊断为T2DM的患者共43例(T2DM组),诊断为T2DM合并DKD的共41例(T2DM并DKD组),健康体检的对照参与者40例作为对照组。收集所有参与者的体质量指数(BMI)、2型糖尿病病程、患者的收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)、肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、空腹血清胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),采用ELISA检测血清asprosin水平,并分析asprosin与相关指标的关系。

结果

T2DM组的血清asprosin、Cr、FPG、HbAlc、FINS和HOMA-IR水平显著高于对照组,T2DM并DKD组的血清asprosin、Cr、FPG、HbAlc、FINS和HOMA-IR水平显著高于T2DM组和对照组(P<0.01);血清asprosin水平与Cr、FPG、HbAlc、FINS的水平呈显著的正相关(P<0.01),与年龄、BMI、SBP、DBP和BUN的水平没有显著的相关性(P>0.05)。

结论

T2DM合并DKD患者的血清asprosin水平显著升高,且与肾功指标和糖代谢指标正相关。

Objective

To investigate the level of serum asprosin, renal function and glucose metabolism indexes and clinical significance in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DKD).

Methods

A total of 84 patients with type 2 diabetes (T2DM) who were treated in Huizhou Central People's Hospital from January 2020 to February 2021 were selected, a total of 43 patients were diagnosed with T2DM (T2DM group), and a total of 41 patients were diagnosed with T2DM combined with DKD (T2DM and DKD group). Forty control participants served as a control group. All participants' body mass index (BMI), course of type 2 diabetes, patient's systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP), creatinine (Cr), urea nitrogen (BUN), fasting blood glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), Fasting Serum Insulin (FINS), Insulin Resistance Index (HOMA-IR) were collected, and serum asprosin levels were detected by ELISA. The relationship between asprosin and related indicators was analyzed.

Results

The serum asprosin, Cr, FPG, HbAlc, FINS and HOMA-IR levels in the T2DM group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The serum asprosin, Cr, FPG, HbAlc, FINS and HOMA-IR levels in the T2DM and DKD group were significantly higher than those in T2DM Group and control group (P<0.01); serum asprosin levels are significantly positively correlated with Cr, FPG, HbAlc, and FINS levels (P<0.01), and there is no significant correlation with age, BMI, SBP, DBP and BUN levels Sex (P>0.05).

Conclusions

Serum asprosin levels in patients with T2DM combined with DKD are significantly increased, and are positively correlated with renal function indexes and glucose metabolism indexes.
