Abstract:

Objective

To explore the effect of personalized continuous nursing intervention on anxiety, depression and vascular endothelial function in patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease.

Methods

A total of 60 patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease in Maoming People's Hospital from May 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine care, while the treatment group received Adopt personalized continuous care model. The SAS and SDS scores, serum h-CRP, IL-6, IL-10, NO, VEGF and ET-1 levels of the two groups were compared before intervention and after 6 months of intervention.

Results

After 6 months of intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P<0.05), and the h-CRP and IL-6 of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group, while IL-10 was significantly higher. Compared with the control group (P<0.05); after 6 months in the treatment group, the NO and VEGF of the patients were significantly higher than the control group, while ET-1 was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).

Conclusions

Personalized continuation of nursing is a nursing method that effectively promotes the relief of anxiety and depression in patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease and improves the endothelial function of patients.
