Observation on the effect of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients with weight loss and metabolic surgery

Abstract:

Objective

To analyze the clinical effect of application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing concept in patients with weight loss and metabolism surgery.

Methods

91 patients in the Department of weight loss and metabolism of Zhongshan Xiaolan people's hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups from January 2015 to January 2018. 42 cases were included in the control group, and 49 cases were included in the observation group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed based on the nursing concept of fast track surgery.

Results

From the postoperative observation indicators, the observation group postoperative anal exhaust time was earlier than the control group, postoperative ambulation time was earlier than the control group, eating time was earlier than the control group, hospitalization time was shorter than the control group, hospitalization expenses were less than the control group, P<0.05; from the nursing satisfaction, the observation group was higher than the control group, P<0.05; from the postoperative complication rate, the observation group was lower than the control group, P<0.05.

Conclusions

The application of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing can promote the postoperative recovery of patients with weight loss metabolism surgery, reduce the incidence of complications, and increase the patients' satisfaction with clinical nursing services.
