目的

初步筛查新疆和田地区维吾尔族儿童单纯性肥胖患病情况,并探讨其危险因素,为单纯性肥胖的三级预防提供依据。

方法

以和田地区5 308名4~18岁在校中小学、幼儿园学生作为研究对象。调查方式包括问卷调查,身高、体质量、腰围、臀围测量等体格检查。

结果

检出超重、肥胖240例(4.63%),男生和女生超重肥胖患病率比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.004)。4~6岁组儿童超重肥胖患病率与7~18岁组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.009,P=0.025)。体质量的最优尺度线性回归分析显示,与维吾尔族儿童体质量相关的因素有年龄、性别、饮食习惯、每天睡眠时间、体育锻炼时间、电子产品使用时间。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别(女性)、肥胖家族史、吃西式快餐的频次是肥胖的危险因素,喜食蔬菜、每天睡眠时间、每周体育锻炼时间是保护性因素。

结论

新疆和田地区维吾尔族儿童超重和肥胖的患病率较低;性别(女性)、肥胖家族史、吃西式快餐的频次是肥胖的危险因素。

Objective

To screen the prevalence of simple obesity in Uyghur children in Hotan, Xinjiang, and explore its risk factors, so as to provide evidence for the tertiary prevention of simple obesity.

Methods

Taking 5 308 students aged 4~18 in primary, secondary and kindergarten in Hotan as the research object. The survey methods included questionnaire survey, height, weight, waist circumference and hip circumference measurement.

Results

240 (4.63%) students were found to be overweight or obese, and there was statistically significant difference between boys and girls (P=0.004). The prevalence of overweight and obesity was 3.66% in the 4 ~ 6 years old group and 5.07% in the 7 ~ 18 years old group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ2=5.009, P=0.025). The factors related to the weight of Uygur children include age, sex, breakfast, dietary habit, daily sleep time, daily physical exercise time, and time for using electronic products. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that Gender (female), family history of obesity and frequency of eating Western fast food were risk factors of obesity, while vegetable preference, daily sleep time and weekly physical exercise time were protective factors.

Conclusions

The prevalence of overweight and obesity in Uygur children in Hotan area of Xinjiang is low. Gender (female), family history of obesity and frequency of eating western fast food were risk factors for obesity.
