本文报告一例伴发甲亢的肥胖患者行腹腔镜下袖状胃切除术的病例资料。肥胖合并甲亢的病人较为少见,术前应将患者的甲状腺激素水平控制在正常范围,在围手术期监测并控制甲状腺功能与心率,尽可能避免甲状腺危象发生。出院后需定期随访甲状腺相关激素水平与体重变化。

To report a case of an obese patient with hyperthyroidism who underwent laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy.Obese patients with hyperthyroidism are rare. The thyroid hormone level of patients should be controlled within the normal range before surgery, and thyroid function and heart rate should be monitored and controlled during the perioperative period to avoid thyroid storms. After discharge, regular follow-up of thyroid hormone levels and weight is required.
