2022年11月11日,国务院联防联控机制综合组发布《关于进一步优化新冠肺炎疫情防控措施科学精准做好防控工作的通知》[1]。2022年12月7日再次发布《关于进一步优化落实新冠肺炎疫情防控措施的通知》,即"新十条"[2]。2022年12月27日,发布自2023年1月8日起对新型冠状病毒感染实施"乙类乙管"总体方案[3]。2023年1月6日,国家卫生健康委、国家中医药局再次印发《新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案(试行第十版)》(以下简称"第十版诊疗方案")[4]。据此,防疫已逐步进入后疫情阶段,基于新冠病毒感染对慢病和外科手术产生影响,中国医师协会外科医师分会肥胖和糖尿病外科医师委员会(Chinese Society for Metabolic & Bariatric Surgery,CSMBS)认为有必要对今后的肥胖代谢外科的临床工作提出建议。
