肥胖与2型糖尿病、高血压、脂肪肝、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停和高尿酸血症等多种代谢性疾病都存在内在联系。与正常体重的女性相比,孕前肥胖女性发生妊娠期糖尿病、妊娠期心血管疾病、抑郁、死胎等妊娠期并发症概率显著增加,这可能与肥胖女性体内激素平衡的破坏有关,且涉及脂肪细胞因子的变化。行为干预、药物控制、手术治疗减轻妊娠前肥胖,都可以有效减少妊娠期并发症的出现。本文旨在阐述肥胖与妊娠期并发症的研究进展,并探讨相关并发症的治疗方案。

Obesity is associated with various metabolic diseases, including type 2 diabetes, hypertension, fatty liver, obstructive sleep apnea, and hyperuricemia. Compared with women of normal weight, women with obesity before pregnancy have a significantly increased risk of developing pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, depression, and stillbirth. This increased risk may be due to hormonal imbalances and changes in adipokines in women with obesity. Interventions such as behavioral changes, medication, and surgical treatments to reduce pre-pregnancy obesity can effectively lower the incidence of these complications. This article aims to elucidate the research progress on obesity and pregnancy complications and to explore treatment strategies for related complications.
