随着生活水平的提升，肥胖症的发病率逐年升高。腹腔镜袖状胃切除术（LSG）是目前实现减重及解决相关健康问题的最有效手段之一，风湿性心脏病是由风湿热反复发作后导致的心脏瓣膜损伤。本文总结一例肥胖合并风湿性心脏病的患者行腹腔镜袖状胃切除术麻醉期间的管理及治疗手段，总结相关治疗经验。

With the improvement of living standards, the incidence of obesity increasesyear by year.Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy is currently one of the most effective ways to achieve weight loss and solve related health problems,rheumatic heart disease is damage to the heart valves caused by repeated attacks of rheumatic fever.This article summarizes the management and treatment of an obese patient complicated with rheumatic heart disease during laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy and anesthesia, and summarizes the relevant treatment experience.
